Introduction
WLDH horizontal screw mixer is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, food, building materials and other fields. It can be used for mixing powder with powder, adding a small amount of liquid to mix powder, mixing powder with particles and other processes.
The internal spindle of the mixer is coiled with 2 layers of spiral belts in different directions, and the material is quickly stirred under the power drive.
The ribbon mixer has good mixing ability, high production efficiency and very low failure rate. And the ribbon mixer is batch mixer, according to the number of materials processed in each batch to choose the appropriate equipment model.
Features
1. Discharge mode at the bottom of the mixer: the powder material adopts the structure form of pneumatic large door, which has the advantages of fast unloading and no residual;
2. High fineness material or semi-fluid material adopts manual butterfly bamper or pneumatic butterfly bamper. Manual butterfly bamper is economical and applicable;
3. Where heating or cooling is required, jacket can be configured.

Widely used in putty paste, true stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials such as solid-solid (powder and powder), solid-pulp (powder and glue slurry) mixing, especially suitable for viscous material mixing.
Working Principle
The outer and inner screw ribbon blade driven by high speed rotating shaft, mixing the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides, outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward,mix the materials back and forth.
In the same time, some material driven by screw ribbon do the radial motion, to form the convective mixing, so to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.
